Disclaimer : In the exceptional circumstance of very poor internet connectivity the consultation may have to be done by audio call through telephone/mobile.

• You will have to login at the website with your email and password.
• A dashboard will appear with the particulars of your appointment.
• A Call Doctor tab will appear on clicking the icon on the extreme right.
• The tab will be functional one minute before the appointment time. A check box will appear on clicking the tab, where you will have to type your name so that your clinician knows that you are present.
• If you are a first time user you will have to give your browser permission to access your camera and microphone.
• Once the Clinician is ready he/she will start the consultation.
• The audio-video consultation can continue for the entire duration of the slot chosen e.g. 15 minutes or 20 minutes etc., after which it will shut down.
• Once the consultation is over, after an interval you can download the prescription from the website.
• Uploading medical reports is just like as we do offline and it is really simple:
  • Step 1: Book an appointment.
  • Step 2: Complete consulation with the doctor and he will assign some tests to you for your next appointment.
  • Step 3: Go to an authentic test lab and get your test results.
  • Step 4: Book another appointment with the same doctor.
  • Step 5: Upload the test results to this latest appointment. You can find the link to upload tests under its actions.
