Bookings beyond 3 days will not be accepted except routine preplanned follow-ups.
Talking or chatting with the Clinician beyond the consultation period will be possible only
if the individual Clinician consents and fixes a time for that. The timings will be visible
in the website and it depends wholly on the Clinician’s discretion
In case of any general query you can approach the Help Desk(8 AM to 10 AM).
Updating of reports in the patient’s records can be done by the patients themselves by logging into the website and uploading the reports.
Patients will be provided consultation only if the fee is submitted before the scheduled appointment time.
In the unusual case of sudden unforeseen cancellation of appointment by the clinician the entire appointment fee will be refunded.
The Clinicians involved have the liberty to fix their Consultation charges as well as Consultation timings.
The patients are at liberty to choose the clinicians and time slots according to their preference.
All your clinical history, prescriptions, advice and reports will be visible in the patient portal which can be approached by the patient through the website with an Email and a password.
We will try our best to keep your clinical data and information safe through the use of software. We do not record your consultation and the whole consultation is encrypted. Even then there are risks from Tele-Health, including, but not limited to the possibility of unintentional loss or access by unauthorized persons of the electronic storage of your personal information despite reasonable efforts on the part of the physician / counselor.
In telemedicine, in person clinical examination of the patient including measurement of vitals is not possible. If in person clinical examination is deemed necessary the clinician may advice you for an in person clinical examination by a physician. Also if you have any doubts about the prescribed medicine directions or any instructions please clear your doubts before consuming the medicines. For patient’s incapacity of understanding the directions the clinician cannot be held responsible.
In case of any acute condition or emergency you are advised to visit nearest hospital or a clinician in person as such conditions cannot be managed by telemedicine.
On cancellation of an appointment we will try to refund the money as soon as possible The money refunded will be reflected in your account depending on the time taken by the bank or service involved.
We look forward to integrated patient care through various disciplines like Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Patient/carer education and Oral care.
With time we also intend to deliver durable medical/surgical equipments or collection of samples from your doorstep in selected cities or towns by agencies on your consent or willingness. The delivery of the items or collection of samples and subsequent reporting will be done by established laboratories; the clinician nor the company can not be held responsible for any kind of poor service by the third party providers.
