If an appointment is missed the fee deposited will not be refunded
Cancellation of appointments booked on the same day will not be entertained. No fee will be returned.
An appointment can be cancelled the previous day. The entire fee minus transaction charges if any, will be refunded in due course of time that depends on the bank or services involved.
Post payment, if you haven't verified your E mail ID by clicking on the link mailed to you ,although the clinician confirms your appointment the system will not allow you to call the clinician/ doctor during the Teleconsultation.In this case please mail to the support E mail mentioning the problem and transaction number. The fee minus transaction charges, if any, will be refunded to you.
During booking after submitting the particulars, once the payment gateway opens you will have to complete the payment within 10 minutes.
